Supplies Needed

    Paint the Walls

Use the color of your choice on all the walls.

    Draw the Lines

I drew groups of horizontal lines 16 in. apart. Each group had a wide line measuring 4.5 in. and skinny lines measuring 1 in. wide on either side. I used a piece of FrogTape® Multi-Surface Painter's Tape to fill in the space between each line.

    Paint the Horizontal Lines

Paint the lines in two different colors. I used a dry brush painting technique for a distressed look.

Pro Tip: Put a little paint on your brush and then wipe off all excess paint on a paper towel before lightly brushing the paint on the wall.
