Their 90s builder-grade home lacked character and upgrades but with no budget to work from, she came up with a no-budget plan. While caring for her children as a stay-at-home mom, she taught herself how to use power tools and began updating their home. She shares many ways to create beautiful spaces on a realistic budget.
